We would like to introduce a development case for deburring the inner holes of injector components. We adopted a new method for penetrating small-diameter deep holes using diameter-reducing extrusion, achieving non-cutting of the inner diameter through small-diameter deep hole penetration, which improved precision and cleanliness. Additionally, we eliminated punching in the intermediate section of the small-diameter deep hole.
